P3 Park Kamen is located in the eastern part of the Ruhr area in the district of Unna near the Kamener Kreuz intersection with excellent connections. This is where the region's two most important motorways intersect: the A1 for north-south traffic (Hamburg-Köln-Saarbrücken) and the A2 for east-west traffic (Oberhausen-Hannover-Berlin). The airports of Dortmund and Düsseldorf are 13 and 40 km away respectively.

What is created in Kamen

Currently, around 46,700 m² of logistics space is being created in the northern part of the logistics park in five hall units, 80% of which have already been let. A hall section with 8,770 m² will be available from October 2018. With 24/7 use, the space is ideally suited for contract logistics and distribution.

The area adjoining it to the south will be dismantled as a redevelopment project from mid-2018 and completely redeveloped. From mid-2019, around 84,049 m² of state-of-the-art logistics space will be available for marketing.
